    We provide shipping services across all 50 states within the United States.
  2. Worldwide Shipping: Currently We are not offering worldwide shipping. We only ship to the United States.
  • Domestic Shipping Only: We do not currently ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or P.O. boxes.
  1. Shipping Fees
  • Free Shipping: We offer free standard shipping for all orders within the contiguous U.S.
  • Additional Charges: Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may incur extra shipping fees, calculated at checkout. The exact amount will be provided before purchase.
  1. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery
  • Shipping Partners: We use trusted carriers such as FedEx and UPS to ensure safe and efficient deliveries.
  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Transit Time: After shipping, delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, depending on your location.
  • Estimated Delivery Window: Orders are expected to arrive within 4 to 7 business days from the date of purchase (excluding weekends and federal holidays).

  1. Delivery Information
  • Standard Delivery: A signature is usually not required, except for higher-value products.
  • Larger Products: For oversized Dog Houses or bulk orders, the carrier may schedule a delivery window.
  • Failed Delivery Attempts: If delivery fails, the carrier will attempt up to 3 times. You may arrange re-delivery or pick up the package from the carrier’s facility.
  1. Shipping Issues
  • Lost Packages: If your package hasn’t arrived or the tracking hasn’t updated for 5 business days, contact us at support@morrowblaze.us. A replacement will be provided if the package is confirmed lost.
  • Damaged Packages:
    • Refuse delivery if possible or note visible damage.
    • Contact us within 48 hours to report the damage, and we will arrange a return or replacement.
  • Incorrect or Missing Items: Notify us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will send the correct items promptly.
  1. Modifications & Cancellations
  • Modifying an Order: Contact us immediately at support@morrowblaze.us to make changes to an unshipped order. Changes cannot be made after shipping.
  • Order Cancellation: Unshipped orders can be canceled for a full refund. Shipped orders cannot be canceled but can be addressed via our Return and Refund Policy.
